“nothing work for that hotel worest experince with xvantage I booked a room at the hotel through XVantage, and this has been the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I booked and paid one day before my arrival. After a 23-hour flight from Dubai, I arrived at the hotel only to find that there was no authorization on my reservation. When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff only responded in Portuguese and kept me waiting for four hours. They asked me to fill out a form in Portuguese, which was extremely inconvenient. There was no working phone number to contact them, and they took an unreasonably long time to reply on WhatsApp or through Booking.com messages. at the end the refuse to check me in as i send the document late and i didn't get the refund till now they are scam This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.”
