“Excellent stay with minor service issues ​Review: My recent stay at Vila Gale Salvador was overall a wonderful experience. The accommodation was great—very comfortable and well-maintained. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which was fantastic and offered a great variety. ​The majority of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. However, I did have a disappointing experience with one staff member. During our visit, one lady in particular seemed quite unwelcoming and did not smile or acknowledge us as guests. When I asked her for coffee—which I couldn't locate on the counter—she was quite rude in her response. ​Aside from this interaction, we had a very pleasant time, and I believe that with a little more consistent service, this hotel would be perfect. This is not my first time in The Vila Gale Salvador ... the breakfast is amazing”
