“Nice location Payed for a room with sea view, they located us in a very nice one but the bathroom smelled like pee and it had not hot water to shower. Warned the staff and left the keys the whole day to fix the problem but they did nothing. They changed our room to one with very little sea view in comparison and no privacy as leaving the the blinds open would allow anyone that walked past the reception to see everything inside the room and bathroom. Plus, no apologies on the matter or any type of compensation for the inconvenience. The last day we wanted to have breakfast early to leave to the airport, but it was 8am and the breakfast was not ready yet so we had to leave without breakfast (it was supposed to be ready from 7:30am) The person working in the reception during the evening was very helpful and friendly but the rest was not that much”
