“The rooms were very clean, the food was diverse and very tasty and the drinks were good as well (but with off brand alcohol). The whole staff was great. Also the animation team deserves 1000/10, they're the one that add the extra star. Didn't appreciate the fact that we booked 2 rooms and one of them (Park view) was about 10% more expensive - there were simply no similar room available at the time of the booking, and the more expensive one was claimed to be 269 ft^2 and the other 215 ft^2, so it seemed worth it. We actually got the exact same room, just across the hall, with view to the parking lot and kid's scene that had loud music, and it was not bigger in any way. We realized we got fooled very late in the week when we visited our friends' room (the less expensive one). Not fair to your visitors to do this, charge more for nothing additional, if anything a view to a noisier side of the hotel.”
