“I really enjoyed my stay – the food was very good, the deluxe double room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. The entrance doors to the room are old and quite unstable; even with a small gust of wind, the door rattles and makes noise, and it feels like if you push it a bit harder, it might bend completely. As an improvement, I would also add some hooks in the bathroom for towels, as there were none and it was rather inconvenient not having a place to hang them. Another thing that should be improved is the communication with the guest through Booking. I sent a message requesting a double bed instead of twin beds, since we sleep with our baby between us, but upon arrival we were given twin beds. The problem was eventually solved, but from the conversation I understood that nobody had read my message, which I had sent well in advance of our arrival”
