“There is nothing to like about it! Terrible experience. I reserved a room for me and my two children, 8 and 12 years old. On the day of the reservation, we traveled more than 3 hours to the hotel. I had requested that I would arrive between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, but I was 15 minutes late. However, the reservation description stated that the opening hours were until 11:00 PM. We looked for how to enter the hotel, but we couldn't find anything unlocked and I contacted the phone number given to me in the reservation. After two short conversations, I was told that they wouldn't accommodate me because I arrived after closing time. There was a sign on the hotel door with opening hours until 11:30 PM, my reservation stated until 11:00 PM. So my children and I were left without shelter. I couldn't find another hotel in the area and had to sleep in a tent on the edge of town! Terrible person, terrible attitude, who left us without shelter!”
