“Overall, the hotel room was not bad. The room was actually surprisingly spacious, which was a very pleasant surprise and something we really appreciated. However, it was quite noticeable that many things were worn out and in need of refurbishment, for example - The carpets had visible stains, and the shower was only partially functioning. In general, the room was clean and tidy, but there were several details that are important when staying at a 4-star hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely. Despite these minor issues, the location is absolutely wonderful. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Lovech, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy its atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful, and the excellent location alone makes it worth considering for another stay. Unfortunately, we do not liked breakfast. Perhaps because it was the off-season, breakfast was served from a menu rather than as a buffet. While this approach is not necessarily a bad idea, it does limit the available choices. On the first morning, I also found a hair in my omelette, which was quite unpleasant. The portions were very large, but the menu descriptions made it somewhat difficult to know exactly what to expect, which made choosing a meal more complicated than it needed to be.”
