“The view There is no reception and I had to wait half an hour in the cold and dark for someone to let me in. The door of the apartment was broken. It had clearly had several attempts at fixing it, yet when I reported it they acted like I had broken the door. The electricity in the apartment kept tripping and they didn't send anyone to investigate during our stay. We specifically booked the apartment because the listing said it had a kitchen where cooking was available. When I asked about cooking they said cooking isn't possible in the apartments and refused to give any refund for presenting false expectations. (It's literally called apartments with kitchen... 😂) Obviously there is no fruit or champagne on arrival, as per the photos. The main building is cold and dark. There is an electric radiator on the room which is warm when the electricity works. The bathroom is cold and water collects in a puddle on the floor because the drain is in the wrong place... Also note the elevator is broken and you have to climb to the fourth floor so obvs not disabled friendly and a pain if you have anything heavy. There is parking on the street next to it. For some reason every night someone messed with my wing screen wipers.”
