“Not any good point I honestly don’t know how this hotel is rated as three stars. It’s not even close—it felt more like a low-end motel, and even that would be generous. I checked in at 3 PM, and the air conditioner didn’t work at all. I spent the entire first night trying to get help—calling the reception, calling Booking.com, trying everything—but no one fixed it. I couldn’t sleep until 5 AM, and it completely ruined the start of my trip. I had planned to go to Tomorrowland for three days, but this horrible first night threw everything off. On top of that, the room didn’t have even the most basic essentials: no glasses to drink water, no shampoo, no conditioner, not even soap to wash my hands. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about guests at all. This was a really bad experience, and I’m extremely disappointed. I would never stay here again and I strongly recommend others avoid it. Don’t waste your money or risk ruining your trip like I did.”
