“Check-in was quick and easy with no issues. I requested an early check-in for €90 and was able to get my room at 12 pm. The concierge and bell staff were very professional and welcoming throughout my stay. The first room had an issue with the AC, and the staff handled it promptly and professionally by moving me to another room. Unfortunately, the AC in the second room wasn’t much better. It was running, but it was barely cooling the room and seemed to be just pushing air. The only other downsides were that both rooms were quite dusty and didn’t appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly, often leaving water sitting in the basin for a while. Looking back, I wish I had read more of the previous guest reviews before booking. I noticed several guests reporting similar air conditioning issues, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. For a hotel in this category, I expected the rooms to be in much better condition.”
