“Staff was friendly and i think it's the biggest plus. Not far from the city centre however neighbourhood isn't the safest in Brussels. There were homeless and drug weirdoos just around the corner so i guess it's not too safe there after the dark. I expected better quality for price i paid. Room is small (especially bathroom), you can hear a lot of noise from corridor and through the windows. There was a lighI failure for some time in the evening. I didnt like all this deposit policy which is not mentioned here. I booked it as non-refundable and just after I got message that you need a credit card details and debit cards are not accepted. If i knew it before i wouldnt have booked that place. I ended up having to leave a €100 cash deposit (which I collected upon checkout), but that was just a hassle and a waste of time.”
