“My room was good once I got into it, but I have a couple of disabled conditions and I thought when it said there was a lift/elevator that I could reach my room alright but I struggled once i got out of the elevator as there were steps down to the room and I use a walker/rollator to walk and could not get it down to my room, also going down the steps there was no banister tol hold on to so had bad struggles. The steps and not getting my walker/rollator into the room with me. Also, I wasn't keen on the breakfast, but that is maybe just cause I'm used to continental breakfasts or full English breakfasts. Food was good that I took”
