“I've stayed in lots of hotels all around the world and this one is up there with the best. From the staff, the room itself and the location I can't fault it. Room with a balcony overlooking the car park so I could keep an eye on my car that I drove from Ireland. Big bathroom and unbelievably comfortable bed. Then there's the staff. So welcoming and friendly. When I checked in they gave me a voucher for a free drink and then someone came to my room giving some treats. The breakfast was too notch. Definitely staying here staying again if I come back to Sarajevo. Nothing much. The shower head could do with replacing. Also I know it's nothing to do with the hotel itself but kids shouldn't be allowed to run up and down the halls after 10pm at night..”
