“From the second we made contact the staff were exceptionally friendly and this continued throughout with fantastic hospitality from everything including local recommendations to making sure we got the most out of our stay. When we arrived, we knew we'd made the right decision. Nothing was too much trouble and their approach warm and friendly. The hotel itself is gorgeous, no detail left out and this shows. By the time we left they felt like friends and that makes it a boutique experience. Loved the fact it was small, loved the adult only approach, and the views from our room were amazing. I can't wait to come back again to be honest! Just to have proactive staff who are always smiling is sadly rare these days but this place hit it on the button. We appreciated the bar service on the roof top. Overall it's a gem of a place in Neum, and by far the best place to stay. It's very rare I can say this but absolutely nothing. Working in hospitality / customer care myself I have to applaude you on your approach to your customers wellbeing.”
