“The location would actually be nice, and the rooms are generally okay. The hotel does have a nice location overlooking Mostar, but there is a major road directly below the property, making it very noisy both during the day and at night. Unfortunately, a relaxing stay was hardly possible because of the constant traffic noise. The first impression of the hotel was already disappointing. The lobby is very small, narrow, and not welcoming at all. The cheap-looking plastic entrance door especially does not match the standard one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The room itself was also disappointing. Cleanliness was below expectations throughout our stay. In the shower, the water did not drain properly, causing the bathroom floor to flood quickly. The safe was not working and, on top of that, it was mounted on a removable wooden board inside the wardrobe, which made the whole security aspect seem questionable. One of the most unpleasant details was the extremely dirty toilet brush, which looked like it had never been replaced. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property in our opinion. The price-performance ratio is very poor. For the price charged, we expected significantly better quality, cleanliness, and comfort.”
