“Location was great to where I wanted to be. The apartment was extremely noisy. You could hear the traffic all night, and although all the windows were closed, it genuinely felt like one was left open. The split system air conditioner looked like an old window-mounted unit, and there was a constant breeze coming through it while I was trying to sleep. It made for a very uncomfortable night. The apartment itself looked very dated, like it had not been renovated in 30 years, and it was not clean. The bath towels were hidden underneath the vanity, so it took a while to find them, and there was not even any complimentary bottled water provided. To make matters worse, I was woken up first thing in the morning by what sounded like a neighbour jackhammering tiles or carrying out construction work right next door. It was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. By 1:00 am I was seriously considering either sleeping on the couch or driving home because I was so uncomfortable. The only positive was the location, which was close to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for how old, dirty, noisy and uncomfortable the apartment was. I would not recommend staying here.”
