“Excellent location, minutes walk from rocks and Barangaroo Very clean and quiet. Great bar down in the lobby. Didn’t get to try the food but i did see a lot of happy faces at the tables. Terrible car park. I’m well used to city centre car parks but this is definitely in the top 1, witnessed two cars needing to do what seemed like a 25pt turn to squeeze into position. They were both definitely ready for a relaxing break after that! Customer service at the counter could be improved. On check out, even though I was the only one at the counter and self checked out . When I asked to double check I don’t have any outstanding chargers to settler before I left, the man never spoke a single word or responded to any greetings apart from asking my room number and “that’s you checked out”. When I wished him a good day as I left he didn’t even look up. Strange. Maybe it’s just being Irish but I place a value on friendly greetings. A hello or good morning isn’t too much of an ask, I’m not talking about a marching band. I passed the younger gentleman man who was on the right hand side desk as I walked to the lift though, and he was very friendly, showing me the correct Lift for the parking also without having to be asked. Might be an idea to reconsider who’s most suitable for the front end works.”
