“Size of the room and location. Our staywas highly uncomfortable due to poor room cleanliness. The floor was dirty and the ceiling was covered in thick clumps of dust, which severely triggered my dust mite allergy. ​While the staff initially tried to clean it again, the dust on the ceiling was left untouched. When reported a second time, we were told nothing else could be done as housekeeping had left and the hotel was full. Our only options were to accept it or check out late in the day, leaving us with no real choice but to stay in an unhealthy room. ​I subsequently filed a formal complaint with the management, but I never received any response. A mistake in cleaning can happen, but ignoring a guest's formal complaint afterwards is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend.”
