“Property was amazing!! Gold Coast luxury resorts management team was poorly organised, check in and check out was very inconvenient, room wasn’t ready on arrival had to wait longer & wasn’t notified when it was ready as they promised, we had to chase them up. only had one key available which we had to personally return to their office which was half an hour away from where we were staying. we will be booking direct with the property next time. very disappointing given we are here once a month. ”
