“The Beachfront terraces is one of 4 properties run by a group. I believe each unit is privately owned but run by a holiday management group, as we had locked cupboards that we could not access which I imagine contained the owners personal property. Ours was possibly the most tired of the units we saw. Very old and shabby. Oven and shower needed replacing. Blinds broken, and sliding doors off their railings that kind of thing. BUT, it is in a great location (across the street to 4 mile beach, 5 minute walk up to the main shopping and dining district, 5 minute walk the other direction to the marina) and the property itself (gardens etc) is very well maintained. The pool was fabulous (not heated). Communication from the management group was fantastic, they were quick to reply to messages, and when the cleaners missed something, they sorted it quickly. Shame we got dishwasher powder rather than dishwashing liquid when there was no dishwasher. So I would recommend this place to stay if you are looking for something on a budget that is in a good location and you don't need the best of the best.”
