“Reception seems to be non-existent, with our room key and information left in a lock box despite checking in soon after 2pm. This was communicated clearly by email. We never saw anyone during our 1 week stay. Basic supplies were scarce; not enough glasses and cutlery for the number of guests, no plugs for sinks or cloths for washing dishes, a single dishwashing tablet for a 1 week stay, no broom. That might be ok if you're going to be serviced regularly, but nothing during a 6 night stay. Having no wifi is a real downside and a tv that doesn't have HDMI capability is limiting these days. The apartment needed a deep clean. Tiled floors clearly had dirt worn into the tile and grout. Walls were dirty along the beds. Beds not the worst I stayed in, but not particularly comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was convenient and the location is handy and walking distance to the river and South Perth cafes.”
