“Room was clean on arrival, but not serviced once during our 8 day stay. We had to take our rubbish out daily and dispose ourselves so the room did not end up smelling. Minimal toiletries and tea/coffee provided initially, and not topped up until we asked. No reception desk, as hotel was run by the pub, so had to wait until they opened to get assistance. Room was missing fire safety / evacuation notice, and door sign for ‘do not disturb / please service room’. Room also very dark, with no windows in the bedroom. Only one mirror in the unit, which was over the toilet, so difficult to access. Would be good to have another one in the bedroom. Location great close to train station, shops, Westfield mall and multiple takeaways options. ”
