“Nice location, overlooking the marina. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. The team were all very helpful and friendly. It’s dated and tired. The front door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom was a disappointment. The shower is over a spa bath which made it difficult to get in and out of as the wall of the bath is so high and just impossible for my elderly mother to use. It’s crowded with laundry facilities in the room as well. The toilet paper was attached to the wall behind the toilet making it difficult to reach. No servicing on the room during our stay (which wasn’t reflected in the price) so I had to wash and dry the towels as we stayed Monday to Friday. There were only two little satchels of dishwashing liquid for 5 days and no scissors to open them. Little things but they add up in taking away from the comfort of the stay.”
