“Do NOT book! You have to pay a holding deposit, which I've done many times before at other places, usually not a problem. They are refusing to give my $250 back. 1. Accused me of having a pet inside the building, which we didn't do. I've asked for video footage of us entering and leaving, even handing the keys over before leaving. 2. Apparently there was some damage on the floor, which we didn't see at all, and definitely didn't do. The photo they sent looks like old damage, and a friend who is builder absolutely agrees with this. Ive been emailing for a week now, they've taken the money and ignoring me. I'll be escalating further. Be warned, i have a feeling they have done this before, as that damage especially, is clearly old. ”
