“The front desk staff, in particulary Michelle, looked after us brilliantly. My wife had had day surgery and we were unable to travel home so booked at the last minute unexpectedly. She assisted us to get to our room, volunteered to provide extra pillow, dressing gown and even thought about how to do our washing overnight. We were dealt with with compassion and professionalism and it is credit to the organisation. We'll be back next time we come to Brisbane to enjoy the hotels features this time.”
