Feriendorf Ponyhof

The Feriendorf Ponyhof is in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park, and at the heart of the Salzburg Alps. It is an ideal place for a family holiday, surrounding by nature, and with many activities and excursions to enjoy in the locale. It offers a really peaceful and serene environment. In the winter, a shuttle bus is available to take visitors to the skiing areas. There are more than 130 kilometres of well kept slopes to enjoy, and guests can ski, snow board, cross country ski, go sledding, and more! In the summer, there are various hiking trails near to the accommodation, and it is easy to get to the lovely lake. The rooms are comfortable, for a really great stay in Austria. There are five buildings in the complex, all located near to each other. The rooms reflect the character of the individual house. The equipment and facilities are the same in all. There is an onsite restaurant that prepares delicious meals using the finest and freshest locally sourced organic ingredients. Some products are grown on the complex's farm! Children will love meeting the various farm animals, and there is a lot of wide, open space for kids to play freely. In the wider area visitors can enjoy a plethora of sports, activities, and excursions. These include canyoning, rock climbing, inline skating, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, snow boarding, sledding, cross country skiing, walking with snow shoes, horse riding, rafting, swimming, and more! There is a golf course within driving distance. The dam of Kaprun is a popular excursion, and the pretty old town of Zell am See is well worth a visit. There is parking available nearby.
