“The location, which is inmejorable, was the best part of this allegedly superior apartment. The bed was pretty comfortable. The washing machine worked well. The furnishings were adequate. The management staff, the communication, and the excuses one after another when we went without air conditioning for 4 days. Being treated as a nuisance and with condescension when posing a legitimate complaint about the air conditioning was not conducive to a great relaxing vacation. Having to chase after staff to get a response on this aircon issue during hot days is not my idea of a "superior" apartment experience. I was issued a token refund which, contrary to what the staff alleged, is NOT the 10 percent of what I paid for this apartment. They claimed I paid 300 euro less than what I really paid. And, when I showed them the receipt, they completely ignored me. I would think long and hard before booking this place.”
