“Anita’s service was outstanding from the moment we checked in until we checked out. As for the accommodation, it was excellent. In fact, I wouldn’t hesitate to say that it is one of the best family accommodations I have stayed in. One of the biggest advantages was how easy it was to move our luggage from the car to the apartment, as it was located on the ground floor on the same level as the parking area. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I would also like to mention Anita’s kindness and professionalism. She chose not to charge me for a broken plate, which I truly appreciated. Compared to some previous experiences I’ve had elsewhere, this gesture reflected her understanding and excellent hospitality. Nothing at all … AC in summer but the weather is cooling at night which is perfect”
