“We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The facilities were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The property itself is truly impressive and beautifully designed. The location is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by stunning nature, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed the lovely atmosphere and the beautiful natural surroundings. We would gladly stay here again. The staff were generally friendly, but the service felt somewhat impersonal and there was little proactive guidance. During peak hours, especially at breakfast and in the evening at the bar, staff could be difficult to find. We also found the card payment process unnecessarily complicated. Given the price point, we were surprised that the room did not include basic amenities such as a fridge, or a kettle, and complimentary drinking water was not available. These points did not ruin our stay, but they were noticeable shortcomings.”
