“It is the second time me and my wife have visited this place and we love its location. Going the second time and seeing the infinity pool addition was amazing 😍 It is a wonderful addition to the hotel! Breakfast, afternoon snack and dinners are very good! Our room was comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony and the side windows. We had very well spent time! Just sharing an observation - Compared to our previous stay, something was missing in terms of the communication with the staff - not sure if this is related to the fact that it's the beginning of the Summer season, but people in the staff looked tense. On our first stay, the staff and communication was top notch and then they added extra +++ to our stay and made us want to come back, but this time it was missing. If management is reading this - please do not stress the staff and give them freedom to improvise and express themselves - this is what sold us 2 years ago. At the end of the day, there are plenty of beautifully designed buildings, but it's the people that make the place and give a soul to it.”
