“Hotel is located at the outskirts of the village, so you have a long walk uphill to reach the center of the village, where shops and restaurants are located. View from the terrace is outstanding, you see trees, mountains and a stream just in front of the hotel. It was quiet. SPA entrance is included in the price. Saunas are nice, warm and clean. Breakfast was great, with huge variety of fresh food. Coffee was included in the breakfast. There are parking spots in front of the hotel. SPA is advertised as working from 4-8 PM. It is a lie as it works only 4-7 PM. Only 3 hours per day!? Water in the pool was very cold, 21 C at max! Water in the showers in the SPA is strange, as half of them have only freezing cold water, no warm water? Temperature of the air at the indoor pool is low, so it is not too pleasant to be there long in the swimsuit. There is a nice hotel terrace outside, but doors that lead to it were closed, so we went around and found it not prepared, with dust on chairs and tables. When we wanted to sit inside, in the lobby, we were told that we can't sit there with our own drinks and we can't order from the bar as it finished for the day!? Then what is the lobby for and for whom???? There is no information anywhere that entrance door closes around 10 PM, so we were unpleasantly surprised when we tried to enter hotel and find the doors closed and our code not opening them!!! Fortunately, someone from the staff was leaving the hotel a few minutes later, so they opened the doors and let us in. This is unbelievable, we could have been locked out for the night! We were not happy with bed comfort, everyone was waking a lot through the night. On the balcony there are only 2 chairs, which was a shame as it had a great view and setting, we could have enjoyed sitting there. We didn't see staff at the reception, at all.”
