“Breakfast was ok, very nice additional was the fresh juices, every day a different one served to the table. The variation of the breakfast didn't match the expectation for an Austrian Hotel. I didn't like: - that the gym didn't had any machines other than a stepper and a bicycle - that the massage rooms were there but no massage was able to be booked - 2 of our 4 overnights there was no housekeeping - no minibar was in the room - no safe in the room - no telephone was in the room, so each time (before 22:00) you need to go down, in case you want to get some service - the air-condition couldn't be managed in the room, but you need to go down, to tell at the reception to change temperature (just centralized and not individually possible) - the price is by far too high for the experience you get - overall the hotel has a cold ambient and no love for details were visible”
