“The scenic views were exceptional. The location offered a tranquil environment, ideal for relaxation, although some minor pest (ants) control issues were noted. The kitchen staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality. The bacon was prepared to perfection, and the eggs and honey were delightful. The pool and sauna facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory. The pillows provided a high level of comfort. The room dimensions were quite accommodating and comfortable. Our accommodations lacked refrigeration. We encountered a significant ant infestation, with numerous insects subsequently transferring to our belongings. The balcony appeared to be unmaintained since the hotel's construction, exhibiting extensive cobweb accumulation. The mattress comfort level was unsatisfactory. Breakfast offerings were limited, and replenishment of depleted items was either delayed or did not occur. On our initial day, a specific item, Notela, was unavailable at 9:00 AM and the empty container remained on the table throughout the service. The electric vehicle charging station tariff structure was complex, unclear, and costly. Our room was cold on the first night; while the heater produced noise, it did not generate warmth. Due to the proximity of rear-facing rooms to natural surroundings, opening windows resulted in various insects entering the room.”
