“What I liked most was the location right by the lake, especially during sunrise. It’s also close to several trails, surrounded by nature and away from town, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing. We chose the hotel specifically for its spa and wellness facilities, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The sauna was not working, the Scottish shower was out of service, the outdoor pool was not heated, and the jacuzzi was turned off. The steam room door was visibly damaged and crooked, which made the facilities feel poorly maintained overall. The internet connection was also very unreliable. The gym is extremely small and has almost no equipment. On top of that, the restaurant was closed because of the off-season, and when we asked about booking massages, nobody ever followed up with us. The location is beautiful, but the hotel seriously failed to deliver the spa experience it advertises.”
