“We stayed starting Dec 1-2023. We resrved 3 rooms as we went with our family. Two of the rooms didn't have bath towels in them (we had to ask for them). One of the rooms had poor maintenance (craks on the winow that made imposible to live with so many mosquitoes entering the room). I rain all day on the first day, so our kids shoes were quie muddy after they have been playing outside, W asked the kids to remove teir shoes and wash their feet. To our surprise, there was nothing to mp the floor with after removing all the mud, so we have to use the hand towels to remove the mud from the bathroom floor. To our suurprise they charged us 10,000 ARS for damaging two hand towels (worth not more than 1000 ARS each) saying that by hotel's policy, muddy towels are not washed, so they gave the towels back to us. I think this was abusive, so I'm writing this review to make future guest aware of this scam. ”
