“Central location with restaurants and shops in walking distance. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with terrace and were given a 1 bedroom with balcony. No compensation or partial refund offered - take it or leave it was the mentality, total lack of customer service. Despite a confirmed final invoice amount and payment method, the hotel insisted on adding 21% to our bill unless we paid by cash. This is totally against the national policy of Argentina and payment with foreign credit / debit cards. Despite providing written documentation the unauthorised demands persisted. Lots of apartments to let in this area, don't waste your time with this one.”
