“Location: excellent, central, easy to get around the city center and for your pickup Property: so beautiful. I loved walking in the garden and smelling the lavender flowers. Homely, warm, clean, and well-maintained. Staff: so kind, helpful, and lovely, especially Ernestina, Michaela, and the gentleman who helped fix the TSA lock on my suitcase! Room: spacious, incredible view of the garden and mountains, huge and comfortable bed Breakfast: expansive, tasty offerings Amenities: WiFi wasn’t great. Also, while I really liked the spa and the gym looked good, the hours are restricted: can only be used from 5-9pm, which is incredibly inconvenient, especially for working out. Apparently this is because of their location directly above a guest room. Nonetheless, that should have been made apparent before booking, because I would have chosen elsewhere”
