“Nothing We booked this hotel based on the photos and description shown on Booking, but the reality was completely different. The property is in poor condition, far from what is advertised, and overall very disappointing. The most frustrating part was the lack of transparency and accountability. Before checking out early, we asked reception multiple times if reducing our stay and receiving a partial refund would be possible, and we were clearly told that it would. However, once we checked out, the administration suddenly refused the refund through Booking, contradicting what we had been told in person. This felt extremely unprofessional and misleading. If the hotel had been honest from the beginning, we would have made different decisions. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious, as the photos do not reflect the actual state of the property and agreements made on-site may not be honored.”
