“Great staff and comfortable rooms! To walk to city center it takes about 30/40 mins (very safe walk) but you can get a cab easily with the front desk that's take 5/10 mins. The rooms have everything you need and are very spacious. The hotel has a washer and dryer which was great since I spent 5 nights here (2 stays ) hiking and sighting. The breakfast buffet in the morning is a great spread with lots of choice. Every morning Michelle was the SWEETEST! I felt like family every time I saw her, whether I was rushing off to an early tour or having a slow morning she made sure to remember my name and make sure I was looked after. At the front desk Eneda and Anoitella (sorry I spelt her name wrong but she is new) were always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed time and time again. The front office manager and another young lady with curly hair (sorry cannot recall her name) were also super helpful! The housekeeping staff does a great job - I always leave my do not disturb on my door but I was always met with a smile when I needed towels or water brought up. The gentleman (he is very tall) in room service was patient and kind each time I ordered -especially with my need for extra ketchup haha! Overall so nice to have dependable and kind people at your back when traveling! The staff here are what Hilton is about.”
