“I would like to file a complaint about this hotel service. Unfortunately, our stay was very unpleasant. The room was very dirty, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. In addition, the hotel staff spoke to us very rudely and behaved as if we owed them something. Because of the dirt and such an attitude toward customers, we could not continue our stay and were forced to remain there for only one night, although we had planned to stay longer. Honestly, in all my travels, this is the first time I have encountered such poor service and such treatment of guests. I hope the management will pay attention to this issue and take measures to improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff’s attitude toward customers”
