“We stayed here for 7 nights during the conflict with Iran . We were only supposed to catch a connecting flight at Dubai airport when the troubles broke out and we were taken here.. We had an apartment which was massive and staff came to service it each day . All out food was included everyday , free of charge paid for by Emirates and UAE government. The staff were caring and kind during this difficult times .The hotel was full to capacity so lots of people to look after. Which wasn’t a problem for the staff . We cannot thank all the staff enough for their care , outstanding service and compassion. Would stay here again for sure .”
