“We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and every detail made our family feel comfortable and well cared for. A very special thank you goes to Zita at the reception. She is truly exceptional! Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for us, and her warm smile and outstanding service deserve special recognition. Staff members like Zita are the reason guests want to come back again and again. The only small point that could be improved is the housekeeping. While the room was generally clean and comfortable, we noticed some handprints on the glass surfaces in the bathroom and toilet area. Apart from this minor detail, everything was simply perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and created wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and would be delighted to return in the future.
