“Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah is a great hotel with clean rooms, a relaxed atmosphere, and outstanding service. Reception staff, especially Viktoriya, were welcoming and helpful. Santos at the pool was always smiling, hardworking, and kept everything spotless. Teresa, Gamal and the bar/restaurant team provided attentive service without disturbing guests. A special mention to the security team for their incredible help in finding a lost cellphone within one hour, even though it was lost outside the hotel. Truly impressive service. Highly recommended!”
