“The location is good. Parking is free. But staff are not how you expect. The moment I reached room after check-in I am receiving call from reception saying I did not pay 15dhm fee at the desk. I told them multiple times I paid and the guy who called me was the one who gave me the card machine and I swiped my card and I got receipt. Still he is saying I did not pay and asking me to come back and pay. I asked him to check the camera and then call me. Guys on the day of your check out do expect multile calls from reception from 11AM. Check out time is 12pm and we know that. But they will start bothering you over phone calls from 11AM. Not once or twice. More than 3 times. Never seen such attitude before. Most important - no guests allowed. We are not allowed to take anyone to the room. We can sit in lobby or use the restaurant in the ground but not allowed to bring to the room. Ok thats it this is my last stay in this hotel”
