“Booked this place last minute and on a whim without quite knowing what to expect aside from an overall positive review summary which I did not read through. Interacted with their staff on hotels.com to notify of my check-in times and they acknowledged super quickly which was pleasant. Quick taxi ride from the airport cost about AED52 in the early hours of the morning and was greeted warmly by the staff on reception (24hrs reception). Check-in process was swift, smooth & efficient so thank you Chewang. He also briefed about the hotel and the region, including alerting in advance that there may be some noise in the morning due to construction nearby. To be honest, could not hear any disruptive noise during my stay. The room was really spacious and modern and comfortable and good wifi speed. On top of the modern facilities, the staff is their crowing jewel with amazing attention and care to details. Aside from Chewang, also interacted with Danyah & Salimah and they were most helpful and always had this genuine smile. Thank you for the pleasant checkout process too to Marinela and also allowing me to use the pool area after checking out. Do not hesitate to book this place. You will have a good time. ”
