Location Dem Hotel is located in the very center of the capital of Abkhazia, on the Black Sea coast. Within walking distance there are cultural and entertainment venues, the Russian Drama Theater, the Abkhazian State Drama Theater, the seaport, the Sukhumi fortress Dioskuria, restaurants, shops and markets.
